A lemon, in combination with a nail and a coin, can provide electricity in the same way as a battery. Again, the reason is current flowing between two different metals. If you stick an iron or zinc nail and a copper-based coin into a lemon, connect both to wires and then squeeze the fruit, the acid will acts as a electrolyte and transport electrons to the wire joined to the coin. Connect a small light bulb to the wires and the light will go on-in theory, at least. The light doesn't actually come on because there is not sufficient current. To produce light would require around six lemons wired in parallel. A watch requires 1.5 V, but very little current, so two lemons wired up together should be sufficient to run it.
